What Do We Do?
The Belvedere Community Centre provides a central focus for community involvement and participation in a full and diverse range of activities and local issues including community safety, planning, education and leisure. Belvedere Community Centre is the focus point for a network of all-purpose and all-embracing neighbourhood organisations. Belvedere Community Centre serves the whole community for Belvedere and other parts of Bexley Borough and beyond. The Centre provides excellent facilities for the development of recreational, cultural and personal welfare of members of all our community and constitutes a meeting place for voluntary organisations, charities or other public interest groups in the community.

We are flexible for proposals for use within the restrictions placed on us by our ruling body the Belvedere Community Forum and Bexley Council. However, it is worth noting that because of parking and our location in relation to domestic housing, wedding receptions, adult parties and late night use is not permissible. You will see some of the current groups and uses on our ‘Groups and Activities’ and our ‘Whats On’ pages, but we are very happy to explore hosting other groups that run general adult and children activities or classes that benefit the whole community of Belvedere. Suggested uses include (not exhaustive) to Hold a meeting; Run a training course; Have a children’s party (not late evenings); For Sports and Fund Raising Events; Run a regular society or club meeting.
